Fair Well Fishery boasts nearly 50 years of experience in deep-sea fishing. With industry-leading expertise, advanced technology, and top-tier equipment, we are dedicated to providing the global market with high-quality, safe, and sustainable seafood.
Our fleet operates across the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, with partnerships extending to thirteen countries and regions, including China, Japan, Korea, Thailand, the eight PNA countries, and Argentina.
Sustainability is at the core of our operations. Fair Well actively participates in initiatives such as the Blue Carbon Project and the International Seafood Sustainability Foundation (ISSF), and has obtained certifications including MSC and Dolphin Safe, ensuring sustainable fishing practices and marine ecosystem protection.

Human Rights and Labor Welfare
Providing foreign-hired crew members (from Vietnam, the Philippines, and Indonesia) with fair compensation, quality living conditions (WiFi, television, meals), and comprehensive safety protection.
Environmental Protection and Carbon Reduction
Focusing on marine resource conservation, promoting carbon reduction, and gradually transitioning to low-carbon fuels to enhance fleet energy efficiency.
Corporate Governance and Transparency
Promoting responsible sourcing and supply chain compliance by working with partners to uphold environmental and labor standards. Establishing a transparent oversight system through information disclosure and third-party audits to strengthen compliance, audit processes, and risk management, building a sustainable and trustworthy industry network.
